Holland Cattle Co. partners with Central Texas ranches, including our own in Burnet County, to provide your family with pasture-raised beef from the original Samuel Ely Holland Ranch, established by our great-great grandfather in 1848.
Samuel Ely Holland and each generation that followed have had a reputation for raising top-quality livestock, and we are proud to continue this tradition.
Cattle are designed by nature to graze and thrive on grasses and forages. The pastures we provide mean healthier animals and better-tasting beef. All cattle at Holland Ranches and partnering ranches are pasture-raised & grass-fed.
A local, Texas State-Inspected, family-owned butcher shop cuts and vacuum packs our meat to maintain extended freshness. Holland Ranch beef is dry-aged for 14-18 days to maximize tenderness and flavor. Ranching has been in our family for over 175 years, and we are proud to continue the tradition of raising healthy, pastured meat.
