Grazing Dorper should alway be raised in a pasture environment means healthier sheep and better tasting lamb. In addition, the Dorper sheep can grow naturally without hormones or routine antibiotic use. We offer 100% grass fed & finished lambs year round to our customers. A local Texas or USDA Inspected & Approved, family-owned butcher shops, M&M Custom Butcher, or Hibler Custom Processing will cut and vacuum pack lambs for extended freshness. The lamb is dry-aged to maximize tenderness and flavor.
