Holland Ranch ground beef is delicious! We believe the reason is that even our ground beef gets the same tender care and 14+ day dry aging process, as does our steak and other precious cuts. The process of dry aging all our beef on the carcass will make sure you are getting the savory flavor you expect.

  • 2 T-Bone Steaks (Fun Fact: the T-Bone encompasses the Filet and the NY Strip)
  • 2 New York Strip Steaks

  • Pick-up only on Wednesdays.
  • Orders place by 5pm on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday-Tuesday.
  • All shipped items will be sent FedEx Priority Express 2-3 day Shipping.
