  • 8 Chuck Roast
  • 10 Pkgs Tenderized Cutlets
  • 4 Pkgs of Cross-Cut Shanks
  • 2 Whole Brisket
  • 6 pkgs of 2 - Ribeye Steaks (12 steaks total)
  • 6 pkgs of 2 - NY Stripe Steaks (12 steaks total)
  • 6 pkgs of 2 - Filet Mignons (12 steaks total)
  • 4 Pkgs of Fajita Steaks
  • 10 Pkgs of Stew Meat
  • 4 Pkgs of Short Ribs

We charge $7.99 per pound of the HANGING WEIGHT; this includes the animal AND the standard processing cost.

Hanging Weight - 480 lb. X $7.99 per lb. = Approximate Cost of Beef $3,835.20

OPTION #2

CUSTOM CUTS totaling 300# of beef:

This package gives you a full side of beef that is customized to your cooking style; all your cuts, thickness of cuts, which cuts to grind or not - basically, we cater to your needs.  See our Custom Cut Sheet here.


Custom Cuts WHOLE BEEF Price:

We charge $8.29 per pound of the HANGING WEIGHT; this includes the animal AND the standard processing cost.  


Custom Cuts WHOLE BEEF Cost:

Hanging Weight - 480 lb. X $8.29 per lb. = Approximate Cost of Beef $3,979.20

THIS PRICE INCLUDES MEAT & PROCESSING COST.



This is an amazing price. Our goal is to provide your family with quality grass-fed beef at the best possible pricing possible.  


We do require a Deposit to secure your Beef Order. Holland Cattle Co. will send a Final Invoice once we have received the official Hanging Weight from the Processor. 


For our Custom Cuts Orders: prior to the drop-off date, Holland Cattle Co. will call to discuss the processing options and to answer any questions regarding filling out the Custom Order Sheet.  We understand that the first time can be confusing and will be on standby to answer any questions you may have during this process.
