  • 4 lbs Stew Meat and/or Cube Steak
  • 5 lbs Chuck Roast, Rump, and/or Shoulder Roast
  • 1 lbs Fajita Steak
  • 1 Pkg of 2 Steaks - Ribeye, T-Bone, NY Strip and/or Filet (Butcher's Choice)
  • 2 lbs Sirloin Steaks
  • 2 lbs Liver (or substitute for Ground Beef)


NOTE: Cuts and weights may vary slightly, but the total weight will meet or exceed 40 lbs.
