If so, custom ordering either a HALF BEEF or WHOLE BEEF is the most economical way to go. The beauty of ordering this way is that it allows you to customize all your cuts, thickness of cuts, which cuts to grind or not - basically, we cater to your needs.
Another great aspect of buying a whole or half beef is you get the WHOLE beef! From ground beef to the finest cuts of tenderloin to all the cuts in between, buying a whole or half calf provides them all.
What typically comes in a HALF BEEF?
- 4-5 Chuck Roast
- 2-3 Shoulder Roast
- 6-7 Pkgs Tenderized Cutlets
- 4-5 Pkgs of Cross-Cut Shanks
- 1 Whole Brisket
- 8-9 Ribeyes
- 10-12 T-Bones
- 4-5 Pkgs of Fajita Steaks
- Stew Meat (you decide the pounds)
- 3-5 Pkgs of Short Ribs
- 60-90 lbs of Ground Beef (depending on your fat % selection)
- Soup Bones
- Marrow Bones
- Organs
- EXACT POUNDS AND NUMBER OF CUTS DEPENDS ON YOUR CUTS SHEET SELECTION AND THE ANIMAL WEIGHT AT TIME OF PROCESSING.
The cost for a whole or half beef is:
- TOTALING $7.39 per Hanging Weight lbs
- Includes Beef and Texas State Inspected Processing
This is an amazing price. Our goal is to provide your family with quality grass-fed beef at the best possible pricing possible.
We do require a Deposit to secure your Beef Order. Holland Cattle Co. will send a Final Invoice once we have received the official Hanging Weight from the Processor.
