The Quarter Beef includes 85 lbs. of the following cuts:

  • 50 lbs Ground Beef - 85/15
  • 8 lbs Stew Meat and/or Chili Meat
  • 3 lbs Tenderized Cube Steak
  • 6 lbs Chuck Roast and/or Shoulder Roast
  • 3 lbs Brisket and/or Short Ribs
  • 3 lbs Fajita Steaks
  • 3 Pkgs of Steaks - Ribeye, T-Bone, NY Strip and/or Filet (Butcher's Choice)
  • 3 lbs Sirloin Steaks
  • 2 lbs Marrow Bones
  • 2 lbs Liver


NOTE: Cuts and weights may slightly vary but total pounds will meet or exceed 85 lbs.

We do require a Deposit to secure your Beef Order. Holland Cattle Co. will send a Final Invoice before pick-up.
