The Quarter Beef includes 75 lbs. of the following cuts:
NOTE: Cuts and weights may vary slightly but total pounds will meet or exceed 75 lb.
- 50 lb. Ground Beef - 85/15
- 3 pkgs Stew Meat
- 3 pkgs Tenderized Cube Steak
- 2 Chuck Roast, Rump Roast, Shoulder Roast and/or other roast cut.
- 2 pkgs Fajita Steaks
- 6 Steaks - Ribeye, T-Bone, NY Strip and/or Filet (Butcher's Choice)
- 2 pkgs of Sirloin Steaks
- 1 pkg of. Marrow Bones and/or Soup Bones (OR swap for Ground Beef)
- 2 pkgs of Liver (OR swap for Ground Beef)
