This premium boneless lamb stew meat is delicious with a hearty flavor to make any stew perfect. Lamb stew meats consists of chunky pieces of lamb with a small amount of fat, cut into 1 to 2 inch chunks. The best way to prepare it is by braising or slow-cooking in liquid. The result is soft, flavorful chunks of lamb that melt in your mouth.
