Upon reservation, we will email a Receipt Confirmation of your reservation.
A SECOND & FINAL INVOICE will be texted/emailed when the Hanging Weight has been provided by the Processor for the remaining Balance Due.
The Final Invoice is before your meat is picked-up.

PACKING info:

An average HALF BEEF will take 7-8 cu feet of freezer space.
All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled by a local, family-owned, State Inspected processing plant.
Your order will be packed, deeply frozen, in cardboard boxes for pick-up in Marble Falls.
A WHOLE & HALF BEEF will easily fit in the backseat of a car or in the trunk.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY options:

Pick-up is approximately 4-5 weeks after your processing date.
PICK-UP: The week before Holland Cattle Co. will pick-up your beef from the Processor, we will call our customers to plan a pickup date, time and location in Marble Falls.
DELIVERY: Currently, we have beef drop-off locations in Lampasas, Burnet, Marble Falls, Kingsland and Llano.

WEIGHT example:
We process our grass fed & finished calves at approximately 750 lb. to 850 lb.

WHOLE BEEF
A 800 lb. calf on the hoof is called LIVE WEIGHT.
- approximately 800 lb. = LIVE WEIGHT

After harvesting, the HANGING WEIGHT is approximately 60% of the Live Weight.
- approximately 480 lb. = HANGING WEIGHT

The PACKAGED MEAT is approximately 60-65% of the Hanging Weight.
- approximately 300 lb. = PACKAGED WEIGHT
NOTE: Packaged weight includes the organs, bones, fat and head, if you choose to keep them.

HALF BEEF
A Half Calf is 400 lb. LIVE WEIGHT
- approximately 400 lb. = LIVE WEIGHT

After harvesting, the HANGING WEIGHT is approximately 60% of the Live Weight.
