The American Wagyu Tomahawk Steak, also called a cowboy steak is a massive bone-in rib-eye that weights between 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 pounds. It's cut from between the sixth and 12th rib of the cow, is nearly 2 inches thick, and includes a long bone—this signature "handle" led to the steak's name.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY options:
- Pick-up when? Orders placed by Tuesdays at 12pm will be delivered to the pick-up location on Wednesdays between 10am-10:30am. Please call to schedule after hours pick-up, if needed.
